Behind the Scene

We had a great wedding celebration and everything went on smoothly. Praise be to God. Some "Behind the Scenes" story to share with you guys.

1. The Dove

Uncle Paul re-painted the wall and it was nice. However, the dove was not remove during the painting time. On Friday night, we have to took out the dove to put on the wordings. Once we did that, we saw a "dove shadow" - the shape with old painting - wow, very obvious. Thank God for Uncle Paul who immediately get the paint and patched it up. So, it was ok then.

2. The Wording - "D"

Wordings - Daniel & Mei Wan - before putting on to the wall.

The design crews - Don't know what to do after seeing the "D" is gone.

The chief designer (Joyce) had done a marvelous job and spent quality time in getting this great design. However, during the time of sticking up to the wall, the "D" dropped and slipped all the way to the bottom (some how there was an inch of slight opening between the wooden-carpeted stage and the wall). We couldn't recover, it was too deep and too difficult to lift up the "D". So, the entire wording on that night became "aniel & Mei Wan". By the grace of God, Joyce had to re-do the word "D" again from ground zero on that night itself. So, the renewed "D" was put back on Saturday morning. Phew..

3. The musicians

The Musicians: Daniel Boey, E-Hun, and Oliver (BOG-BOYS)

They spent 2 weeks (almost every night, back-to-back) to practise 4 songs. Roughly about 20 hours of practise. Thank God for their willingness to come and their united hearts. On that day, they really prayed very hard; during the waiting time for the possession, they were all looked shaky, but praise God, at the end, it was a good worship session. They not just played well, but "very well". Bravo!

4. The Guardian Angel for the Flower Girls and the Page Boys

They looked very obedient during the possession, but in actual, while waiting for Daniel and Mei Wan to arrive, they were kind of restless, some even scared until calling "mommy" or "daddy" for moral support, but their parents were not there. Some started to say "I want to go home". Thanks to Rachel Ann Boey who comforted them, talked to them, played with them, and calmed them down. Praise God for the great Guardian Angel.

Overall, it was God who put all things together for the good of those who love Him in Yeshua, our Lord and Savior. Hallelujah!
